Who Cares Scotland? Update

Are you worried about Coronavirus and need someone to talk to?

We know there’s a lot of information out there on the news and on social media that may be causing you worry right now. We also know that people’s lives, their finances and their living arrangements are being affected.

If you’ve been in care, you might not have a family network to turn to for extra support. But Who Cares? Scotland is here for you. We want to help, with a friendly voice at the end of a phone, access to advice and information, and with practical support where we can.

Donald, Yvonne, Jemma and Laurie are waiting to speak to you

We will support you with access to information and guidance, and an ongoing trusted relationship during a troubling time.

We will also provide practical support where possible, including helping you get what you need including food, care packages, mobile phone top ups and gas and electricity.

We will work out how best we can help you right now and they will take steps to put support in place.

In the coming weeks, we hope to enhance the support we can offer. We will continue to update this page with further information.

In the meantime, please keep in touch – we care about you very much.
